This Terry Boling designed home in Cincinnati’s OTR neighborhood has achieved LEED Platinum certification. The home was a gut renovation of an existing facade and new construction on an adjacent lot. The home features solar panels, radiant floor heating, and a Lochinvar boiler. Architect, Terry Boling is an associate professor at the University of Cincinnati. This is his second project with Karen and Brad Hughes, he also designed their LEED Gold retail store next to the home and the condos above.
