Warm and toasty now! – Smart Foam Demonstration Thank You

For those who attended the Smart Foam demonstration November 18, we think you’ll agree it was a perfect day and a festive one. Busy too. Though it took much more foam to fill the hollow concrete block than expected, now that it’s done it feels as if we placed a down jacket around the home!

The inside of the north wall in the living room is much warmer by about five degrees. While that might not sound like much of an improvement, I learned from reading the books of Architect James Marston Fitch that even 60-degree radiant surfaces make a space much more comfortable. We can feel those much warmer surfaces in the living room and the bedroom addition.

Thanks again for attending — and by all mean get in touch with Perry Leitner with Smart Foam for more information — [email protected], 513-351-9463.

We’ll be in touch about future energy and environmental design demonstrations at the Boulter House.
