Wayne’s passion is to provide pragmatic training solutions to maximize High Performance, and cultivate a workplace of accountability and quality of work-life. His expertise is in organizational effectiveness, 21st century leadership, management/ supervisory development, team building, and workforce engagement. His participants connect with his training approaches, facilitation style, and pragmatic advice. His coaching process has proven to change the skills and behaviors of leaders and performers so that they overcome the barriers to their effectiveness. Wayne earned his Master of Education Degree from Xavier University and is a member of the American Society for Training and Development, serves as an outreach faculty member at NKU, and has received a variety of commendations for his outstanding work including Hamilton County’s “Facilitator of the Year”.
