April 21, 2012 – Earth Day at Sawyer Point – Noon to 5 p.m. – 720 East Pete Rose Way, Cincinnati, OH 45202 – Free, family-friendly event hosted by the Greater Cincinnati Earth Coalition and the Environmental Protection Agency, will feature live music, delicious food, a 3rd-7th grade Student Recycled Costume Contest and Fashion Show, and an environmental awards presentation recognizing individuals and business who’s efforts on behalf of the environment make Greater Cincinnati a beautiful place to live. More than 75 vendors and exhibitors will be selling earth-friendly products and offering hands-on environmentally educational activities, including rock climbing, a kayak paddle pool, and a petting zoo that the whole family will enjoy.
