U Square LEED Project Specifications

U Square @ The Loop is a 4.2-acre redevelopment project adjacent to the University of Cincinnati main campus in Clifton.  The project began construction earlier this year and is a 10-year-long collaboration between Towne Properties, Al Neyer, Inc., The Clifton Heights Urban Redevelopment Corporation, and the City of Cincinnati.  It will include 161 market-rate apartments, 80,000 square feet of retail space, 40,000 square feet of professional office space, and two new City-owned parking garages. The project is registered for LEED Certification to receive the City of Cincinnati tax abatement extension.
