Dear Friend/Colleague:

ReSource will be returning to the banks of the Ohio River for our annual celebration of service to Cincinnati’s nonprofit community. Our annual event, ReSource By The River will take place on Saturday October 5th at the Cincinnati Parks pavilion right next to the Montgomery Inn Boathouse.  The event promises to be another fun evening.  Dean Gregory will be taking care of us this year with delicious food stations featuring special wine and craft beer pairings.  The business casual evening begins at 7pm.  We hope you can attend!

As you know, one of the key elements of success for an event like this is to have wonderful hosts and hostesses.  We would be honored if you would agree to serve in this role. It’s easy to be a Host or Hostess!  You can show your support of ReSource and its mission by allowing us to use your name on the invitation.  Then we would ask you to come join the fun by purchasing a ticket to the event. We certainly encourage you to invite friends and colleagues to help us celebrate. A list of 5-10 friends to put on our invitation list would be appreciated. Providing email addresses will facilitate sending out a save-the-date announcement to your friends as well.

All hosts and hostesses are invited to attend a pre-party event in September. The details are being worked out but stay tuned for a great time with other hosts and hostesses as well as representatives from our event sponsors.

This year we will be honoring U.S. Bank with our Corporate Community Partner Award for its support of the ReSource mission over many years.  In addition to donating excess office furniture and supplies, U.S. Bank has been the long time presenting sponsor of ReSource’s Building Blocks seminar series.  Many U.S. Bank employees have personally embraced the mission of ReSource and have been dedicated members of our board and its committees.  Join us in recognizing U.S. Bank’s  support of all the non-profits in our community through its support of ReSource.

We hope you will agree to be a host/hostess for “ReSource By The River”.  Please email us at msteier@resourceweb.org  to be a part of the celebration!  We appreciate your support of ReSource.
