Office Supplies For Non-Profits Available from ReSource

Does your non-profit need a conference table? Now’s the time. ReSource helps member non-profits serve their clients by providing vital goods and educational programs. Tax-exempt organizations join ReSource for a modest annual fee and may then purchase any of the donated supplies found at ReSource for a fraction of the market value, reducing their agencies operational expenses.

Simply stated — ReSource builds stronger non-profits through collecting donations of everything from office supplies to furniture for 501 c3 non-profit organizations.

ReSource is a Cincinnati-based 501(c)(3) that distributes corporate donations — excess goods such as office furniture, personal care items and other consumable supplies — to our member non-profits.

We are committed to practical sustainability. For more than 20 years, ReSource has made an impact in Greater Cincinnati by:

  • Saving non-profit members $36 million
  • Serving more than 1,400 non-profits
  • Redirecting hundreds of tons for useable products annually from local landfills
  • Facilitating non-profit management training classes that benefit 400 non-profit representatives each year

Learn more about ReSource through our website, newsletters, event announcements, and training seminars. Let us show you how we help build stronger non-profits.

Benefits

ReSource business partners are immensely generous, important and appreciated. They donate discontinued inventory, overstocked merchandise, and any unneeded items when downsizing, merging, moving, remodeling or closing. These donations enable ReSource to reduce the expenses of member non-profits.

When donating, your business can expect the following benefits:

  • Items are picked up FREE by an experienced, insured ReSource staff member
  • Save on handling, disposal and storage fees
  • Impact hundreds of local non-profits through each contribution to ReSource
  • Enhance your community image and receive public recognition for donations
  • Show your “green” environmental awareness
  • Choose to donate as an alternative to disposal
  • Earn a tax deduction

Getting Started

Contact ReSource’s warehouse coordinator, Tracy Brown, at 513.554.4944 or tbrown@resourceweb.org to learn if your excess inventory can be used by local organizations. If so, a time will be scheduled to pick up your company’s inventory. Your company representative will be provided with a receipt for the donation. Products are taken to ReSource’s Sharonville, Ohio warehouse where they are made available, for a small administrative fee, to local qualified non-profits.
