Cincinnati Bell Energy provides electricity and natural gas service to Duke Energy customers in the greater Cincinnati area. The first telecommunications company to also provide retail energy service, Cincinnati Bell Energy wants to become the one-stop shop for Southwestern Ohio’s energy and telecom needs.
Cincinnati Bell is partnered with Viridian Energy and offers plans that are sourced from 100% clean, renewable wind energy and less expensive than similar plans offered by local utility companies. Along with TriEagle and Public Power, Cincinnati Bell is a subsidiary of Crius Energy, one of the largest independent energy suppliers in the U.S.
Cincinnati Bell Energy currently offers a 100 percent renewable energy plan with a promising 10% savings on the supply portion of energy bills. There are no enrollment or termination fees and customers can cancel their plans at any time by calling their customer service number (513) 566-4105. Cincinnati Bell Energy is regulated and certified by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio.
