Northside homes – Notice the 50 to 75 year construction materials and natural lighting design. 
Cincinnati Zoo Harold C. Schott Education Center – The solar cells and raingardens add renewable energy and water management sustainable practices.
Sanitation District No. 1 – Where you will see all types of sustainable landscape water management techniques from previous concrete and green roofs to wetlands and native plants.
Twenhofel School – Is an example of a project that combines all of the above principals with rainwater collection and geothermal heating.
